Items that are produced and shipped directly by Miss Dottie Puff may take 3–7 business days depending on production requirements.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.
Estimated delivery time is typically 5–12 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier timelines, and seasonal volume.

Multiple Shipments
Because some products are fulfilled by our production partners while others ship directly from Miss Dottie Puff, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost.

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be sent by email once an item ships, when available. Tracking availability may vary depending on the item and shipping method used.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

Delays and Exceptions
Unexpected delays related to carriers, weather, holidays, or supply chain issues may affect delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control, but we will assist where possible.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Miss Dottie Puff is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.
