1. Overview
We want you to love your purchase from MISS DOTTIE PUFF! If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our refund and return policy below carefully.
2. Print-on-Demand Notice
All items are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner Printify. Because products are custom printed once you place an order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact – MISS DOTTIE PUFF with:

Clear photos of the product showing the problem
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
4. Cancellations
Because each item is printed on demand, orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, production may have already started.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Digital downloads or gift cards

Custom-made or personalized items

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
6. Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
